Kim Richards might be in rehab focusing on her health, but the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star might not have a job when she emerges from the treatment facility. It is being report that following Kim's run in with the law, her arrest, and her relapse that her job is in jeopardy. Bravo has reportedly gotten sick of Kim's antics and are looking to hire a replacement. It seems that while the star stirred up a ton of drama during the fifth season of the reality series that this wasn't enough to save her job, as producers are concerned for her well-being. So should the show come back for a sixth season, will there be one less Richard's sister?

Well it definitely is looking that way, as a source close to the show spoke out to Radar Online, saying that Kim's job is definitely on the line.

"The producers of the show have already started looking for her replacement," the insider explained.

The execs behind the show have even though of placing a sobriety clause in her contract, should she be asked back, but they are worried that this might not be enough to keep her sober.

"No one knew whether or not Kim was going to adhere to their guidelines and remain completely sober," the source explained. "She gave so much fuss about the sobriety clause they wanted added to her contract that there was really know way of knowing her next move."

According to The Inquistr, NBC put the clause in the contract as a way of "saving face," but it is being reported that they don't really care about Kim's future on the series.

"NBC bosses are basically trying to save face, but ultimately they don't care all too much if she stays on the show or goes," the source revealed. "She would not be the first prominent housewife to get the axe and she definitely will not be the last."
