'RHOBH' Kim Richards Too Broke for Rehab, No Medicial Insurance: Did Star Take Dr. Phil Up on Offer?

It certainly has been a rough month for Kim Richards. Not only was the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star part of an extra dramatic season five reunion this month, but she was also sued for $1 million after her pit bull attacked her best friend, and now following her night of binge drinking and subsequent arrest, it seems that should Kim want to go to rehab to sober up, she won't be able to. Turns out Richards doesn't have any health insurance to help pay her bill.

According to Radar Online, the starlet is not only falling on hard times emotionally but also financially. Even if the RHOBH star wanted to go to rehab it seems that she wouldn't be able to, as she has no insurance to pay for it.

"Not only is Kim broke, but she doesn't have health insurance and has no way to pay for rehab," the insider revealed to the site. "She had been using that as a reason to not go back for treatment, as no one in the family was stepping up to foot the bill."

However, despite the starlet's lack of insurance it looks like she might have taken Dr. Phil up on his offer to send her to rehab and foot the whole bill, after her appearance on his talk show.

According to People, Kim has entered a facility and fans are hopefully that the fourth time will be a charm.

"Kim went to rehab finally because she got arrested, she humiliated her kids and she wants to avoid jail," a source told the news site. "If the arrest hadn't happened she wouldn't be going to rehab; it would be business as usual. She's in denial that she has a problem."
