'RHOBH' Kim Richards Arrest: 2 Years in Prison to Follow Teresa Giudice's Jail Time Path?

We are guessing that the saying, "when it rains, it pours," is definitely resonating with Kim Richards right about now. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been in the midst of a pretty intense year, as she just completed a pretty intense fifth season of RHOBH, faced rumors about her sobriety, went through a relapse, dealt with an intense lawsuit, and even got arrested. Well, it is the latter of the incidents that the star is currently dealing with now, and it could be a lot more serious then she imagined. In fact, Richards could be facing some hard prison time like her fellow housewife star Teresa Giudicce.

That's right, according to Radar Online, Kim is facing time in the slammer after she was charged with trespassing, public intoxication, resisting arrest, and battery of a cop, during her drinking binge last month in Beverly Hills.

The night in question took place on April 16, when Kim reportedly became so drunk at the Beverly Hills Polo Lounge that the bartender refused to serve her. This caused Richards to become extremely upset and she even locked herself in the bathroom.

"[Kim] became very, very angry," the source reported, adding, she "locked herself in the bathroom and was refusing to come out and causing a scene."

However, according to TMZ, Kim is trying to put her best foot forward as she is has checked into a Malibu rehab facility. Yet, it doesn't seem like this will be enough to sway the Los Angeles District Attorney, as she is looking at a possible two and a half years behind bars.

Should this happen, maybe she can ask Giudice for some advice?
