5 Reasons To Root For Miles Morales In Marvel Comics' 'Ultimate End' #1 During Secret Wars!

Marvel Comics has big plans for Miles Morales, the amazing wall-crawler from the Ultimate Universe, during the summer event, Secret Wars. With the end of an era about to begin, readers want to know what writer Brian Michael Bendis and artist Mark Bagley have in store for Ultimate End #1.

As we previously mentioned, the first issue of Secret Wars brought about the destruction of Marvel and Ultimate Universe. Miles Morales and the rest of the heroes of the Ultimate Universe must work together to stop their final extinction. To prevent the end of their world, which hero will have to make the heartbreaking sacrifice? 

We have 5 reasons why we're rooting for Miles Morales in Ultimate End #1:

1) He Gave Doctor Doom An Epic Beatdown

In the last issue of Miles Morales: Ultimate Spider-Man #12, ,Doctor Doom tuned out to be the man in charge  of the terrorist organization known as Hydra. When Doom threatened to kill his father, Miles didn't hold back and let loose his inner rage. After man-handling Doom, Miles just pounded at his face with his fists.

2) The Tragic Hero

Peter Parker lost Uncle Ben in his own origin story. Everyone in the Batman family, Jason Todd, Tim Drake, and Dick Grayson lost someone before they eventually donned the Robin costume. You cannot be a superhero without a personal tragedy. Will Miles lose his father  and his best friend, Ganke Lee? Can he save them?

3) The Savior

I thought it was interesting that Miles Morales: Ultimate Spider-Man #12 presented our hero with a special new power. Not even Doom and his scientists could figure out what was wrong with Miles. If Miles can harness this new power, does this mean the Ultimate Universe stands a chance?

4) The Reluctant Hero 

Miles will have to step up in Secret Wars; there's no doubt about that. If he thought fighting Galactus in Cataclysm was a handful, this is going to be so much worse. Miles isn't the type of hero who runs away from his responsibilities. But what will he do if he the end of the world is inevitable?

5) The New Teammate

As we mentioned before, Marvel presented a special preview of All-New, All-Different Avengers for Free Comic Day. We do know Miles will join the Avengers led by Sam Wilson, aka Captain America, and fight alongside Ms. Marvel, aka Kamala Khan. How we get to see him there, that's going to be an exciting read!
