'RHOBH' Yolanda Foster Instagram Pic: Hubby David by Side During Lyme Disease Battle

If you can't count on family during your time of need, who can you count on? Real Housewives of Beverly Hill star Yolanda Foster has been fighting the battle of her life as she is currently dealing with the horrible side effects of having Lyme disease. While the star has been feeling under the weather for the past three years, she has always had her family by her side to make her feel better. The starlet posted a picture to her Instagram account earlier this week that showed her hubby David Foster giving his wife some sweet love and affection.

In the Instagram picture, David kisses Yolanda on the forehead as he pulls her into his chest. The RHOBH actress captioned the image, "When Love is Real it finds its way... #ThroughTheDarkestDays #Loyalty My Love @officialdfoster."

Foster has had Yolanda's best interests at heart during her whole illness, even saying that he doesn't want her to return to Real Housewives, because he wants her to remain focused on her recovery, according to Radar Online.

"David has told Yolanda there is just no way she can return to the show because her condition is just getting worse," the insider explained to the site. "The Lyme disease is just ravaging her, and traveling for the international medical treatments is taking a toll."

In addition to that, David feels that the cast of ladies on the Bravo series would only gang up on Yolanda because of her illness.

"David is just being protective because he doesn't want any of the ladies to use her illness against her, as he knows those women are vicious," the insider revealed.
