'Silicon Valley' Season 2: Are Thomas Middleditch, Kumail Nanjiani, TJ Miller "White Hat/Black Hat?"

From the comedic mind of Mike Judge (Beavis and Butt-head), HBO continues Season 2 of Silicon Valley with an all-new episode this Sunday. To get Pied Piper back in the game, will Dinesh (Kumail Nanjiani), Richard (Thomas Middleditch), and Erlich (TJ Miller) become "White Hat/Black Hat?"

In our previous recap, Gilfoyle (Martin Starr), Erlich, Richard, and Dinesh witnessed Belson's Nucleus launch become a complete disaster at the livestream UFC event. Monica (Amanda Crew) then convinced the tech gang to get in on the live streaming business. Unfortunately, Pied Piper's plans went downhill fast after an argument with the owner of the Homicide energy drink. After losing another business, Richard discovers his algorithm has already been hacked into and released.

In our recent recap, Richard and the gang met with the boys at Endframe, who stole his algorithm. Knowing they had a lot more money, Richard had to beat them at their game, which is why Gifoyle stole their security password. Well technically, Endframe left their password on a post-it note. Now Pied Piper are in competition with Endframe to land a lucrative deal with an adult company.

In the footage, things don't look good for Richard, who has become paranoid about his own business' security. Gavin Belson (Matt Ross) is already on a steady decline since Nucleus' epic disaster. Not even Big Head (Josh Brener) and Hooli's XYZ could come up with an innovative idea that could change the minds of the angry shareholders. What the hell has caused Belson to snap this time? And why would anyone give the madman a hammer at this point?
