USA's 'Complications': Jason O'Mara, Matt Nix, Jessica Szohr Debut Previews Before June Premiere!

USA Network has released all-new behind-the-scenes previews for their upcoming medical/crime drama, Complications. Ahead of the show's June premiere,, check out the exciting new series from Burn Notice creator Matt Nix, starring Jason O'Mara (Life After Mars) and Jessica Szohr (Gossip Girl).

As we previously mentioned, Dr. John Ellison (Mara) is a suburban doctor who used to be at the top of his game in the emergency room. Outside of work, Ellison is dealing with the emotional effects of his daughter's death. With the loss of his daughter, Ellison suddenly finds redemption after he saves a young boy's life from a drive-by shooting. Gretchen (Szohr), a street-smart ER nurse, is caught in the middle when Ellison becomes involved in a gang war.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Nix discusses what makes the show intense and exciting for viewers, "The show is about all of the things that come out of this one decision that this doctor makes. The idea in this show is that nothing that anybody does comes without complications."

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, O'Mara describes his character, ""He obviously has a skillset in that he's a doctor and he's trying to apply that to every situation that he gets involved with. He realizes that if he had a chance to do it over he would do exactly the same thing. He learns to trust the strength of his convictions."

The Terra Nova actor adds, "He tips the balance in a local gang war that he can't seem to get himself out of," O'Mara explains. "Part of it is him just trying to do his job and part of it is he has no choice."

As we mentioned before, Complications is just part of the exciting summer lineup, which includes the third season of Graceland, Mr. Robot and the return of Suits with their fifth season. USA Network also released the third season poster for Graceland, which hints at the fate of FBI Agent Mike Warren (Aaron Tveit).

Complications premieres on USA Network on June 18.
