'Chrisley Knows Best' Season 3 Recap: Episode 1: Savannah's Big ID-EA: Todd & Julie Talk Fashion!

The Season 3 premiere of the popular reality show, Chrisley Knows Best, has finally arrived on USA Network. In Episode 1, Savannah's Big ID-EA, Todd and Julie Chrisley have to get themselves ready for an upcoming interview, but things go exactly as planned with their kids around. 

With graduation coming up, Chase and Savannah are moving on with their lives. Julie tries to teach everyone in the kitchen how to bake a pizza pie. Todd doesn't want the kids to move out of the house. Chase hits his grandmother with the pizza dough.  Soon everybody is involved in a food fight. 

After Savannah makes fun of her brother, Chase accidentally burns his eyebrows with a flame lighter. Todd is planning for an interview with his family, but Savannah has plans, which upsets her father. At the nail spa, Savannah needs Lindsie's id card because she wants to pass for 21. Lindsie will give her id to Savannah but if she gets caught; she's on her own.

Todd wants his family to rehearse their lines before their interview. Chase and Savannah aren't too happy with their script. Their father should be more confident after having raised them. They will pretend to smile for the interviewer though. 

Lindsie chickens out at the last minute and takes back her ID card. Savannah isn't going out anymore, but everyone can keep read between her lies. Now Julie and Todd are working together to find out Savannah has to chosen o say at home.

On the day of the interview, Julie discovers something is wrong with the sink. Because it's a Sunday, Julie hopes her father can fix the sink before the interview starts in thirty minutes. Julie's father has to leave to get the parts. The whole house starts to stink from the rotten smell coming out of the sink. 

Todd tries to shame Lindsie to find out what happened and gets her to spill. Tov and Avi finally arrive and enter the household. Todd is changing the script suddenly and making signals. No one though is ready to answer the first question. 

Chase blows it when he is asked about women. Todd keeps pulling at his ear when the kids go against script, but no one is paying attention. The interview is interrupted by the crying grandkid and by Julie's father using his tools. 

When asked if his kids are spoiled, Todd goes off script as well and reveals about the fake id. Everyone is overly confident about the interview, except for Todd. After getting caught, Savannah doesn't understand though why Lindsie didn't lie to her father.

Savannah talks to her father, confesses the truth. Todd doesn't want Savannah to grow up too fast. That's the lesson he wants to teach her.

During the night, Todd gets an email from Tova and reads the draft aloud. They actually  pulled off the interview in the end.
