Real Housewives of Orange County just started its 10th season last week, but when it premiered fans of the show noticed that something was missing. While reports leading up to the premiere explained that there would be two new housewives, viewers only saw one in the premiere, Meghan King Edmonds. Noticeably absent from the roster was Katie Hamilton, who reportedly quit the series after her husband, Josh Hamilton filed for divorce and suffered from a drug relapse.

While the star has been MIA on social media and in the press over the last couple of months, not even breaking her silence on why she quit the series, she did take to her Twitter account last night after the second episode of the season aired. The starlet thanked her fans and followers for their kind words during the very difficult time that she has been going through.

"The last few months have been very tough 4 me, but the love on my Twitter feed from last night's #RHOC definitely made me smile! #Thanksyall," Katie wrote.

The Inquistr previously reported about Katie's departure, as well as saying that she was blindsided when Josh filed for divorce back in February. According to the site, Josh laid out some pretty strict guidelines for Katie to follow in the divorce, including not "making disparaging remarks against him or his family," which might have been one of the reasons that she left the show.

The site is also reporting that she is prohibited from "using the Maserati and 1972 Chevrolet Blazer in his possession," he also "prohibits her from 'hiding' the children from him," and "prohibits someone who has an intimate relationship with her from staying in the same home as the children overnight."
