Dads are a bit harder to watch movies with than moms, we know, but consider these movies and the reasoning behind them below for your Father's Day Netflix streaming!
Tinker Tailor Solider Spy
Trust us, this is a homerun. The original miniseries is engrained in our fathers' minds as one of the coolest, most intriguing events in entertainment, and the recent film remake is definitely a solid substitute. Starring a bunch of your dads favorite actors like Gary Oldman, Colin Firth, Tom Hardy and Mark Strong, this thrilling film will have your dad's eyes glued to the screen this Father's Day!
The November Man
In regards to Pierce Brosnan, dads make up his demographic of fans, so he's going to love this action film. Plus, Brosnan basically revamps his James Bond role into an older, more rugged tough guy, which will surely please your dad.
Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit
This one is a bit of a gamble, but could pay off in a great way. The character of Jack Ryan is iconic thanks to Harrison Ford (sorry Alec Baldwin and Ben Affleck), so your dad might not like the "origin story" version of the international spy or the fact that Chris Pine has stepped into the role. But if your dad is oaky with accepting all of that, this is definitely a film to watch on Father's Day!
Bloodsport
Jean-Claude Van Damme's first movie is arguably his best. The underground world of martial arts played up with the fact that Van Damme is trying to honor his father figure's memory makes this one of the best movies to watch with your dad!
Jack Reacher
He's heard of the movie simply because it's a Tom Cruise, but maybe he hasn't seen it. If he hasn't, he'll love it. If he has seen it, he'll want to watch it again and again. You're welcome.
