But thanks to the folks over at Health.com, there's a new two-minute workout that hits your core, butt, arms, shoulders, and more!

Health magazine's Cynthia Swiss recently put together the below video that proves to help you get a full body workout in just two minutes.

The workout incorporates the following moves:

Power Push-Up Plank
Superman/Superwoman
Windshield Wiper
