MStars News has learned that a popular Baton Rouge rapper Racked up Ready aka Young Ready was killed earlier this week in a shooting.
According to WAFB, Ready was killed along with one other person. Ready, whose real name is Shannen Hudson, would have celebrated his 32nd birthday on July 8.
The second victim was identified as Baton Rouge native Jare Stevenson, 28.
"Ready's music was the voice of the streets of Louisiana and other areas," Kaleel Cain, social network promoter for the late rapper stated. "He will be truly missed."
The deadly shooting took place in Bogalusa around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday. The Bogalusa Police Department is still investigating the crime, and have not identified the suspect in the shooting.
The Washington Parish Coroner's Office revealed that one victim died from one gunshot wound and the other victim died from a number of gunshot wounds.
From the looks of Young Ready's Instagram account, the rapper was the father of young children. Our prayers go out to his kids and the rest of his family during this difficult time.

MStars News hopes the gun violence stops. Just a month ago we reported on another rapper shooting that left French Montana's rapper mate and friend Chinx Drugz dead.
RIP.
