'Orphan Black' Season 4 Spoilers: Will Tatiana Maslany's Sarah Manning Find Alison "Bloody?"

The Season 3 finale of the sci-fi thriller Orphan Black aired on BBC America. With plans for Season 4 of Orphan Black underway, will Sarah Manning (Tatiana Maslany) ultimately discover Alison Hendrix (Maslany) being hunted down by drug dealers after the "bloody massacre?"

As we previously mentioned, Helena slaughtered her way through Pouchy and his gang, giving Donnie a huge bag of cash. Kendall Malone, who also happens to be Mrs. S' mother, has an interesting back-story that was very useful. Because she absorbed a male twin in the womb, which gives her two cell lines, and also makes her the Castor original.

Delphine was heading to a parking structure, where her attacker was waiting for her. Turning around to face her attacker, someone she seemed to be expecting, Delphine asks, "What will happen to her?" The unseen shooter says nothing as he blasts away at her stomach, leaving her to bleed out. Did Delphine just die for Cosima?

According to TV Line, Helena previously went all killer crazy to save Donnie after he was kidnapped. With his life on the line, Helena had no remorse after she murdered the drug lords. There will be consequences for that bloody massacre, which will come back to haunt Alison's marriage with Donnie.

Executive producer Graeme Manson teases, "The Hendrixes are still bonded, but there's a few things that happened at the end of the season that could have some impact going forward."

We mentioned before, Manson also teased if Delphine is truly dead after that gunshot, "Evelyne's our friend. I'm sure if there's a way we could loop her back in, you know, it's possible. The story is going to have to demand it, I'll just say that."

Orphan Black will return to BBC America for Season 4.
