Being that it is summer, we're guessing that all of us are working on those abs, right, folks? (Don't worry, neither are we). With that, we thought why not dole out some fresh abs exercises that are proven to give you that sexy flat stomach you already have ... are working on ... say you're going to work on ... don't even care about.

You pick the ending.

Anyway, Men's Health recently reported on six exercises that are proven to work on your six-pack and give you that fit physique you're always hearing about.

Yep, it is possible and it can happen to you! Let's check out a few exercises below:

KETTLEBELL PULLOVER
This exercise uses a pulling motion that works your arms and legs and strengthens your core. Here's how it's done:

Lying on your back, bend your knees so your thighs are perpendicular to the floor. Hold a kettlebell over your chest with your arms extended. Slowly lower the weight behind your so that your arms eventually become parallel with the floor. Hold for 30 sections then bring it back to starting position. Do this five times.

KETTLEBELL RACK CARRY
Working with those kettlebells again, people! This time, however, stand up straight and hold two kettlebells in front of you so that the handles are touching one another. This is called the "racked" position. Make sure your elbows are tucked and the bottom of the bells are resting in between your bicep and forearm. Per the report, walk 50-75 feet three or four times, resting 30-45 seconds in between.

BAND-RESISTED JACKKNIFE
This one requires some skill. Just saying...

Take a resistance band and secure it to some sort of pull-up bar. Let it hang, slip your feet in there and turn to a push-up position, with your legs suspended. Bring your knees toward your chest, pulling the resistance band. Hold for a few seconds and then return to the starting position. Do eight reps of this exercise, three times.
