The Season 5 of Suits continues on USA Network with an all-new episode. In Episode 3, will lawyers Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) and Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) need get "No Refills" from the fallout from Donna Paulsen (Sarah Rafferty) and NBA icon Charles Barkley?
Gretchen (Aloma Wright) is putting the files together on Harvey's desk at 7:30 in the morning. Harvey likes Gretchen but he has no intention on playing a joke on Louis. Jessica (Gina Torres) wants Harvey to bury the hatchet with Jack Soloff (John Pyper-Ferguson), who she sees is a threat. Rachel (Meghan Markle) is worried Mike and her father will end up hating each other after working together.
Mike meets with Jessica, who wants him to drop the case. Jessica doesn't want to seem weak in front of Robert Zane (Wendell Pierce) though. Jessica and Robert make a deal over their case; treat Mike as a partner. Either he does what she says, or no deal at all.
Louis hands over a gift over to Donna to make things better. Pitt then says he's over in the war between Jack and Harvey. After Robert enters Mike's office, Harvey tells Jack he has a meeting with Charles Barkley. Jack refuses to take Harvey's gesture and mocks him.
Harvey finds himself alone when Mike has to work on his case with Robert. While Jessica wants Rachel to work on something for her, Gretchen has found a way to get back at Jack. Robert watches Mike meet with one of their clients, express himself emotionally, and convinces her to sign.
Robert finds himself bantering with Mike as Rachel gets a push from Jessica. Harvey brings in Charles Barkley to steal one of Jack's client away. During their settlement conference, Robert is upset over the offer. Robert and Mike make their threats, asking for more money, before leaving the conference.
While driving, Mike wants to know about the hedge fund, where the money is coming from. Robert pulled the punch because he wants to show he's in charge. Jack wants Jessica to put Harvey under control. Jessica warns Jack that he wants to take her on; she's right there.
Rachel notices Mike is upset about working with her father. He just wants Robert to respect him. Barkley is having dinner with Harvey, going over their favor. Barkley tells Harvey he needs to chill with Jack. While Barkley tells Harvey he's not going to do the favor for him, Jack forces Louis to help him hurt Specter.
Louis tells Donna that Harvey told him he was going to take her away from him, Now that they have a motion to dismiss; Robert and Mike argue about going to trial. Robert and Harvey then argue in the hallway.
The argument continues as Donna says she will never come back to Harvey. Harvey has more bad news coming his way because he has to meet with Jessica. Because she covered for him, Jessica realizes his anger will continue because Mike will leave him.
Harvey returns to his office, feeling another panic attack coming. Harvey reveals to Mike that he's having a panic attack. Harvey has to pull it together to make his threat back at Jack, promising to take all his clients. Knowing he had a bluff, Harvey needs Mike's help now.
Harvey meets with his therapist because he needs refills. If he wants her help, he's going to do it her way. Harvey imagines his therapist as Donna and reveals his true feelings.
Mike impresses the judge and gets their case expedited. Gretchen explains she has also had panic attacks and can move on. After Mike checks up on him, Harvey promises Louis he will bury him if he sides with Jack.
