Tamra Judge Son Ryan Vieth Arrested: 'RHOC' Star Leaves Honeymoon Trip To Set Bail

UPDATE: According to Tamra Judge's Instagram account the charges against Ryan have been dropped. The star wrote, "Thank you for all the positive messages. There are two sides to every story! What radar onLie didn't report was: everything was DISMISSED. No CHARGES No violence No injuries. They are still together going through counseling with pastor Mike. They are very hurt that someone would tip off the press and give quotes that are not true. We ask for your prayers not your judgement."

Viewers might have just watched as The Real Housewives of Orange County star, Ryan Vieth, welcomed a new baby into his family during last week's season 10 episode of the Bravo series, but it doesn't look like fatherhood has curved this bad boy behavior. Fans of RHOC have watched for the last few years as Tamra Judge's son has been in an out of trouble. However, it looked like the once troublemaker reformed his ways in the last couple of seasons, as he has settled down with new wife Sarah Rodriguez. Apparently old habits die hard, as Vieth was arrested at the end of last month after allegedly getting into a drunken fight with Sarah.

According to Radar Online, a 911 call was made by a woman living in the same Las Flores section of the town where Sarah and Ryan live. The report claims that the woman went to a neighbor's house to make the call and said that a 29-year-old white man had hit her and that she thought he had broken her finger. It was also confirmed that a 5-month-old baby was with the man, causing further speculation that the phone call was about Ryan.

The Inquistr reported that Vieth was arrested and placed in prison on June 28 but was later released at 2 p.m. that same day.

Radar is reporting that it was his mother and RHOC star Tamra who had to bail her son out of the slammer, but she wasn't happy because she had to come home early from a trip to do so.

"Tamra is devastated and embarrassed by the arrest," an insider explained to the news site. "She had to bail Ryan out of jail the day she returned from her belated honeymoon from Greece with her hubby Eddie Judge."
