'Teen Mom 2' Jenelle Evans and Nathan Split Again, Engagement Off?

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans' life is so drama filled that sometimes we can't even keep up with what is going on. The MTV star has broken up and gotten back together with on again/off again fiancé Nathan Griffith so many times it has made our heads spin. What is the reality couple's relationship status today?

According to The Ashley Reality Roundup, after doing an OK! Magazine photo shoot trying on wedding dresses at David Tutera's store and gushing about her upcoming nuptials, the reality mom is apparently once again single.

"Prepare to be shocked: It appears that there's trouble in paradise for the engaged um, lovebirds," the reality gossip site reported. "... Jenelle took to her Twitter to inform her fans that she's been having nightmares and panic attacks. When asked by a fan if these episodes had anything to do with her hubby-to-be Nathan, Jenelle informed the fan that she and Nathan are no longer living together!"

Apparently, Jenelle has also stopped following Nathan on Twitter and the two defriended each other on Facebook. Less than 2 weeks ago, the mother of two was caught not wearing her engagement ring but denied she and Nathan broke up again.

"I forgot my ring at home when I took it off to swim," Jenelle told The Real Mr. Housewife. "I left it on my bathroom counter at home."

"[Nathan and I] are together at this very moment eating lunch and on the beach," she went on.

Of course, fans have been glued to their TV's watching the controversial pair fight nonstop on this season of Teen Mom 2. It looks like that won't end anytime soon.
