'RHOC' Tamra Judge Suicidal Thoughts After Custody Battle: Baptism Saved Her

It doesn't seem like it's a good time to be a Real Housewife. The franchise stars of the Bravo series often show their tumultuous lives on camera, but it the revelations that the stars are exposing off camera that might just be the most heartbreaking. While we previously reported that RHONY star Ramona Singer has dealt with depression and suicidal thoughts after she broke up with her husband of 22 years, RHOC star Tamra Judge is also coming out saying that after her custody battle with her ex that she felt very suicidal.

According to Radar Online, the starlet had to give up her 16-year-old daughter, Sidney to her ex husband Simon Barney earlier this year after an intense battle that left her extremely broken.

"I got very depressed," Judge explained in an new interview with In Touch Weekly. "There were times where I didn't want to wake up and live."

However, according to The Inquistr it was her relationship with Eddie Judge and God that ultimately saved her from the dark period.

"I was in the lowest place I'd ever been in my life," the star explained to the site. "As a family, we started to go to church to help with the pain."

Fans also saw in the season trailer for the new season of The Real Housewives of Orange County that Tamra got baptized on camera.

"My original plan was not to do it on camera," the star explained. "But after talking to my pastor, he told me that it could be very helpful for other people."
