Audiences have been eagerly binge-watching Marvel's Daredevil on Netflix. Before Season 2 of Marvel's Daredevil premieres, will Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) will find himself up fighting for his life as he enters Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal)'s world and falls into The Punisher's "War Zone?"

We mentioned before, Netflix has announced Season 2 of the Man Without Fear series. There will be a few changes this time around as executive producer Steven S. DeKnight steps down and adds new showrunners Doug Petrie (American Horror Story) and Marco Ramirez (Sons of Anarchy).

We also mentioned, the former Walking Dead actor will portray their most popular characters. Staying true to his comic book origins, Frank Castle aims to clean up New York City's Hell's Kitchen by any means necessary. The Punisher and Daredevil will become at odds over the differences between justice and vengeance.

In an interview with Comic Book Resources, former show runner Steven S. DeKnight teases if the graphic violence will be pushed further than the PG 13-rated The Punisher: War Zone, "The first season of Daredevil was violent, but I always say it was more implied. It wasn't nearly as violent as The Walking Dead, a show that I love. Because on those, if somebody were to crush somebody's head in a car door, you would've seen the head crush onscreen. But we didn't want to go quite that far. We wanted to keep it right around PG-16, and not all the way, all R. I have no idea if they're planning to push it that far next season, but I would be surprised."

Though he has been played by Thomas Jane and Dolph Lungren, DeKnight adds how this version of The Punisher will be different, "Yeah, you know the thing about 'The Punisher,' and I think there are great things about each of those versions. But none of them was completely the Marvel version. And none of those movies were under the Marvel Studios banner, until they recently got The Punisher back. So this is really the first time that we're seeing the Marvel Studios from the 'Iron Man' days, when they could control their own product to actually do this character."
