During the recent 2015 Gamescom event, Ubisoft announced new tracks and something different for the gameplay for the Just Dance 2016 videogame. In Showtime mode, gamers should get ready to party down to Fancy by Iggy Izalea and Charli XCX, plus Lights by Ellie Goulding.
From the official Ubisoft site, Just Dance is the newest installment to the the top-selling franchise. The dance videogame promises to feature an amazing trackless to listen to and breathtaking visuals to boot. Gamers will be able to bust a move to their favorite song this upcoming October.
As IGN reports, Ubisoft announced a new mode called Showtime. In this lip-syncing mode, Showtime, players will be able to perform along to songs from the game. Video footage can be captured and turned into a shareable music video. Gamers can also add extra effects and pop cultural references in the footage as well.
During the recent Gamescom, tracks by Iggy Izalea, Charli XCX, and Ellie Goulding were revealed for the song list. Showtime will be available on Wii U, Xbox One, and PS4. Gamers should know they will need a Wii U Gamepad, Xbox Kinect, or PlayStation Camera for the mode to work.
According to Nintendo Insider, nine new tracks will feature artists such as Britney Spears, Ellie Goulding, Shakira. Even Balkan Blast Remix from Rovio's Angry Birds is on the list.
