Kevin Smith Says Ronda Rousey Should Play Superhero Ms. Marvel [PHOTO]

Ronda Rousey got into a lot of things during her Reddit AMA. Some were heavy topics like past eating disorders and others were about some interesting superhero ideas for Rousey because if anybody is fit to play a powerful champion of earth its probably the current UFC Bantamweight Champion herself. In the AMA the idea of Rousey being Ms. Marvel was brought up and since then, fans have superimposed her face on Marvel's leading lady. Rousey has since posted some of the best ones on her Instagram. With the pictures, one person in particular who thinks she's the perfect candidate is Kevin Smith.

TMZ caught up to Smith in the airport and asked him what he thought. He of course only had kind words:

"Did you see the picture?" Smith asked. "Come on, you don't even need to think about it at this point. There's an image. We can see it. She looks amazing. Lord knows she's one of the only people who can play a superhero and can actually beat the sh*t out of somebody. I would like to see it happen. It looks like she has a good head on her shoulders. She followed a dream and she's an ass kicker."

The Captain Marvel movie will be Marvel's first movie with a female lead and is due out for Nov. 2018. So far there is no word on who'll be playing Carol Danvers but Rousey is trying her best to put her name into the mix. "A lot of the good ones have been taken, but I'd like to vie for Miss Marvel," Rousey said during the AMA.
