Terrence Howard Wins Court Case: Judge Claims Michelle Ghent Threatened his "Small D*ck"

Case closed! Those are the words Empire star Terrence Howard heard when a judge ruled in his favor that his ex-wife, Michelle Ghent blackmailed him for his "small d*ck."

According to Gawker, Howard's divorce settlement was overtuned. Howard previously claimed that he was forced and pressured to sign an agreement to pay Ghent a large amount monthly to keep her quiet on exposing the actor's sex tape.

Earlier this year, Howard's attorneys filed court documents claiming that the Empire star was blackmailed into signing divorce papers with Ghent. If the judge ruled in her favor, she would gain a percentage of his earnings, including some of that Empire money he's been getting for outstanding ratings with FOX.

During their court battle, the documents revealed that Howard secretly recorded Ghent threatening him, as she claimed she was going to expose her ex-husband's "small d*ck." The transcript read: "I can make a good $2 million right now ... you want to see your little **** out there in front of TV?"

Terrence also claimed that she threatened to reveal to the public that he gave her an STD. Howard recorded Ghent saying: "Trust me, you're f****** with the wrong person. You f***** with me way too much. I will f****** bury you deep in the ground."

Howard previously expressed his outrage about the divorce case being very public. Howard previously put on for the cameras and said, "Sad that this has to be on a public forum," he added, "It's a family law, it should be family law, it should be protected."

According to Baller Alert, the judge's ruling means that Howard and Ghent will be back in family law court to work out a new agreement regarding money or monthly alimony payments

Howard may have another drama series coming his way after his one! MStars News also learned that he and his third wife, Miranda Pak, quietly divorced during his drama with Ghent.

Pak and Howard welcomed a son, Qirin Love, earlier this year around Spring time.
