Terrence Howard is probably smiling right now after the judge in his spousal support case ruled in his favor. But if you think the judge was happy about his decision, think again. Judge Thomas Trent Lewis believes that the Empire star is quite a "bully."
According to People, Judge Lewis told Howard while on the stand, "Terrence Howard is a bully," delivering his verdict. Lewis added, "[But] just because you're a bully, doesn't mean you can be bullied."
MStars News previously reported that Howard won his spousal support case against his ex-wife Michelle Ghent, after it was proven that she tried to blackmail him in order to get a huge amount of alimony from Howard's earnings on a monthly basis.
Ghent threatened Howard, saying that she would expose his "small d*ck" and sex tape he had, showing private moments with another woman that wasn't Ghent. Ghent also claimed that Howard had an STD.
During this up and down journey, Howard claimed that he was pressured into signing an agreement that would give Ghent the right to receive close to $6,000 a month, which would be "hush money" for all of the drama and evidence Ghent claimed she had on Howard.
Howard signed the agreement "under duress."

Now that Howard's case has been closed, he and Ghent will head to family court where a new spousal support agreement will be made.
"Today's ruling ... recognizes that divorce decrees signed with a proverbial gun to one's head cannot withstand judicial scrutiny," the actor's lawyer, Brian Kramer, stated.
The former couple has had so much drama between them in the small time frame of their marriage that it's crazy! Howard previously contacted his ex-wife regardless of having a restraining order filed against him. Ghent accused the actor of being physically violent with her during a fight, but he said it was self defense.
MStars News wonders if all the drama caused his third wife, Miranda [Mira] Pak, to quietly divorce Howard? That's right, Howard and Pak divorced last month during his case with his second wife.
Pak gave birth to their first, and probably only child together, a son, Qirin Love, back in May when the couple was already separated.
As for his win in court, Howard stated: "I could not be any more pleased by today's ruling," he continued, "I am grateful to my [attorney and his team,] whose skill and tireless efforts enabled me to secure this terrific ruling from the Court."
Hopefully Howard is done with getting married, and remains focussed on being Lucious Lyon.
Here's a flashback of Howard and Pak during happier moments.
