Empire knows how to stay in the headlines, but sometimes it isn't for their ratings! MStars News has learned that another lawsuit is surfacing and this time it doesn't have anything to do with Lucious Lyon, aka Terrence Howard's spousal support drama with his real life ex-wife, Michelle Ghent.
According to TMZ, one man named, Jon Astor-White is claiming that the creators of the hit FOX show owes him for stealing his show idea. In other words, Astor-White is probably singing Rihanna's hit song "B*tch Better Have my Money" to Empire's executive producers Danny Strong and Lee Daniels.

Astor-White is also suing Imagine Entertainment and 21st Century Fox. He claims that he shopped around a show called "King Solomon" back in 2007, and it appears to be the same type of script as Empire
Astor-White claims that his cast would've included Shaft star Richard Roundtree, but he declined. Other possible characters would've been, Alicia Keys, Kanye West, Diahann Carroll, John Goodman, and more.
Astor-White also said that his show was about a record executive family and their company, just like Lucious Lyon's family.
The show idea was described as "the style and elegance of Dynasty meets The Sopranos with a sprinkling of The Godfather."
This isn't the first time Empire has been sued! MStars News previously reported that a record label called Empire Distribution, located in San Francisco, California, claimed that FOX wasn't given any rights to use the name "Empire."
MStars News also reported that rapper, 50 Cent believed that the show was very similar to his show, POWER. Empire was also sued by a man with Jackson family connections named Ron Newt claiming that the Empire show was just like his film, Bigger than Big.
Empire was also sued by a woman named Sophia Eggleston who claimed that she was the original "Cookie," as in Cookie Lyon.
Astor-White wants $500 million dollars plus additional damages.
