Candice Accola Pregnant! 'The Vampire Diaries' Star Instagrams Baby Bump [PHOTO]

Is there about to be a baby monster on the set of The Vampire Diaries? It might seem that way as one of the lead stars of the CW series, Candice Accola just revealed that she is pregnant with her first child. The star, who married The Fray musician, Joe King, announced the news on her Instagram account on Monday, August 31. The TVD star, along with King and his two daughters Ava and Elise, made their own t-shirts to announce the news and showed off Accola's baby bump in a picture that she posted to her social media site.

So will the creators of the show write this pregnancy into season 7? If they do how will Caroline and Stefan handle it? The 28-year-old actress had a fun weekend as she grabbed some white tees, and fabric paint to make some shirt, on which her and the family announced that they would be adding another bundle of joy to the foursome. "Sometime a Saturday is best spent painting t-shirts and taking an awesome family photo.Happy Monday everybody!" the star wrote on the caption for the image, adding," #ThatAintNoBurritoinMyBelly."

According to People, King couldn't be happier that his wife is pregnant with his third kid, as he wrote, "Baby King on the way!!!! So proud to welcome this new life into the world with my beautiful wife and daughters. I truly am a lucky man & dad."

Candice and the 35-year-old guitarist met at a Super Bowl event and was later set up by her Vampire Diaries co-star Nina Dobrev.

According to E! News, the couple got engaged in May 2013 and celebrated their wedding in front of some of the cast and crew of the CW show in October 2014. Some of her co-stars who were able to attend the French Quarter themed ceremony in New Orleans that included Dobrev and her onscreen love interest Paul Wesley.

No word yet on how this is going to affect the blossoming relationship between Stefan and Caroline on the show, but we can definitely expect to see some sparks fly when the supernatural series returns for season 7 on October 8.
