Kim Richards Gets no Jail Time: 'RHOBH' Star Banned From Beverly Hills Hotel & Polo Lounge

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (RHOBH) star, Kim Richards is probably thanking her lucky stars that she's not headed to jail after her drunken outburst earlier this summer, but she's probably going to miss her glam brunches at the Beverly Hills Hotel famous Polo Lounge after they banned her!

According to TMZ, the reality Bravo TV star will not be able to dine at the famous hotel anymore. Richards was also let off the hook when she got a plea deal following her arrest back in April for her drunken rampage.

New York Daily News reported that Richards was offered the plea deal on Monday, in the Los Angeles Superior Court, which instructed the former child star actress to attend 52 Alcoholics Anonymous classes and complete 30 days of community labor. Richards also is on a 3 years' probation.

Richards attorney was the one who faced the music in court on Monday; the reality star was missing in action.

Her attorneys made the excuse that Richard's had a foot injury, which prohibited her from doing labor such as cleaning up a freeway.

Prosecutors weren't having the sad story, and requested that Richards have a medical letter stating that she has a foot injury.

Richards' attorneys have until Sept. 14 to produce evidence that Richards has a foot injury so that end of that bargain can be sorted out.

MStars News previously reported that Richards was charged with three misdemeanors for refusing to leave the upscale hotel's Polo Lounge.

Richards refused to leave the area and police officers had to escort her from the premises. She didn't leave easy, Richards actually was dragged out, while kicking a cop.

The troubled star has had a history with drinking and was recently arrested earlier this month for shoplifting in Target. Richards claimed to be homeless, and left the store with around $600 stolen goods.

Richards could face time behind bars for that incident.
