'Teen Mom 2' Leah Messer Could Lose Custody After Cops Called by School

Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer probably didn't think her year could get any worse, but now it has. After being accused of bad parenting numerous times this year by ex-husband Corey Simms, now the police have been called on the MTV mom. Will Leah finally lose custody of her children now that it's less he said/she said and the girl's school is the ones calling in the law?

"Cops were called after someone at her girls' [twins Ali and Aleeah] school reported Leah to them, claiming she doesn't put the kids in car seats," a source told In Touch Weekly. "Leah is routinely late picking the girls up from school."

Life & Style, via Radar Online, reported a similar story, however they say "a teacher called the cops when she spotted Leah pulling up to the school without the twins in car seats."

Both gossip mags also recounted that the reality star has not been bringing her daughter Ali's wheelchair with her to school. The adorable 5 year-old suffers from muscular dystrophy and requires the wheelchair to get around a lot of the time.

"Leah doesn't even bring Ali's wheelchair to school," In Touch reported. "During a recent fire drill, Ali was unable to get out quickly and had to be assisted."

Events like these have caused baby daddy, Corey Simms, to keep taking his ex to court because, as Life & Style says, he "definitely wants full custody of his girls."

Unfortunately for Leah, she has been seen making questionable parenting decisions this season on the hit reality series. In one scene, she was holding her youngest daughter Adalynn while looking like she was going to pass out with her baby in her arms.

The West Virginia mom's drama filled life had caused her to enter a rehabilitation facility for her personal issues. In last week's episode, she had to postpone going to rehab because she thought Corey was going to ask for full custody while she was away.
