'Teen Mom 2' Jenelle Evans Custody Fight With Nathan: Can Only Have Supervised Visits With Son

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is still in the middle of a tug-of-war with ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith over their son Kaiser. While the MTV mom has sole custody of their baby, she is only letting Nathan be around him when someone else is around. According to Radar Online, when the reality dad wants to spend time his son, his mother needs to be there to supervise the visits.

"Kai is with Nathan's mom this weekend, with Nathan's daughter," a source said. "And Nathan is seeing them today with his mom."

Even though the military dad has his own apartment, Jenelle will not let their son stay the night there when Nathan is by himself. While the mother of two is happy Kaiser's father is in his life, she still does not trust him alone.

"Jenelle is really glad he's spending time with the kids because they need bonding time with their father, no matter what her and Nathan's personal issues are," the source told the gossip site. "But Jenelle would rather have the kids stay at Nathan's mom's."

"Nathan's mom wanted to spend time with Kai since they didn't see him in so long," the source continued.

It's not surprising since this season on the hit reality series we have seen Nathan act very strange towards Jenelle. In one scene after disappearing for two days he came back and seemed out of sorts when interacting with Jenelle and her friend. That is on top of his arrest for domestic violence earlier this year.

As MStars News reported, the controversial couple's relationship has been so volatile that Jenelle was also recently arrested, except this time for assaulting Nathan's former girlfriend Jessica Henry.

"I'm over at my ex-fiancé's house and I have text messages where she said she put the rest of my stuff outside," Nathan told the 911 operator in the recording obtained by Radar. "So I came over to pick it up and I am actually with my girlfriend and [Jenelle's] really jealous; she's really jealous that I have a girlfriend now."
