Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has a new boyfriend and he is wreaking havoc on her already drama filled life. With reports of the MTV star's new beau having a criminal record, her baby daddy, Nathan Griffith, may now have cause to take his ex to court for a nasty custody battle over their son, Kaiser.
As MStars News reported, David Eason has been arrested several times in the past for charges including breaking and entering, larceny and damaging property. Nathan wants to protect his son from Jenelle's new man.
"Nathan is absolutely worried about Jenelle dating David and him being so close to Kai," a source told Radar Online. "He is looking into what he can do about custody."
While the reality mom has been fighting for years to get custody of her oldest son, Jace, from her mother, Barbara Evans, it looks like she will now have to go back to court to battle for her youngest son.
"Things are in the works. Nathan wants Kai to grow up safely and this guy doesn't seem like a good guy," the source said. "Nathan could very easily go to court and try to get custody of Kai. He is looking into what his options are."
It seems like Jenelle hasn't been too worried about what her ex-fiance thinks about her new relationship. Even though Nathan told Radar he "doesn't care who Jenelle dates," he has to deal with her constant Instagram posts of video and photos with her new love. Check them out here:

Depending on how long this relationship lasts (given Jenelle's track record, most likely not that long), MTV fans may get to see the mother of two with her boyfriend next season on the hit reality series. All four girls are returning for season seven!
"I highly doubt that they would continue without one of the lead girls," a source told The Ashley Reality Roundup.
