Teresa Giudice might seemingly almost be in the clear, as we previously reported that The Real Housewives of New Jersey star is expected to be released from the Danbury, Connecticut prison that she has been serving her sentence at in the coming weeks. While the RHONJ star is expected to return home on December 23 of this year, it is being reported that she isn't out of the woods just yet. The star has hit another speed bump in her legal case and it is being reported that she will have to complete two more months of prison, however, this time she will be on house arrest.
That's right, the Bravo reality star will be back with her family right before the holidays, but she will be unable to leave her home until the end of February.
"She will still be under the supervision of the Bureau of Prisons and will be required to wear an ankle bracelet while under house arrest until February 2016," a source explained to Radar Online. "She will only be able to leave the house with prior permission from the B.O.P. If she attempts to leave without permission, Teresa will go back to prison."

In the wake of this news it is also being reported that Giudice's husband Joe, who will be serving a 41-month sentence in relation to the fraud case, will be turning himself in as soon as Teresa's house arrest is up.
"[Joe] is being told to expect to surrender to a federal prison in early March," an insider stated.
However, despite the little set back, it seems that there is a little silver lining for the family, as Teresa will get to spend the three months of her house arrest with her husband before he heads to prison to serve his sentence, according to The Inquistr.
"This will give Teresa and Joe around three months together, as she is going to be released hopefully before Christmas," an insider explained. "Teresa is obviously counting down the days to the release, and is happy to have three months with Joe. It's more time than Teresa had previously been told they would have together as a family,"
