Things are about to real for reality star Abby Lee Miller. The Dance Moms superstar, who is known for her crazy onscreen antics, including fights with the other dancers' mothers, is getting ready to enter a brand new fight. This time it is with the legal system. It was just revealed that the 50-year-old has been indicted on counts of bankruptcy fraud earlier today, Wednesday, October 14. It is also being reported that should the Lifetime star be found guilty of the charges that she could face up to 5 years behind bars with a fine of $250,000 for each of the charges, which could equal $5 million in total.
According to Us Weekly, the star has reportedly concealed an income of approximately $755,492.85, and was charged with 20-counts of bankruptcy fraud. People is reporting that the charges that were brought against the star are for bankruptcy fraud, concealment of bankruptcy assets and false bankruptcy declarations.

Us Weekly is further reporting that the fraud could have started back in 2010 when the Lifetime star made some changes to her assets, including filing a petition to reorganize the dance studio. They are reporting that this was done to purposely hide money that the reality star was bringing in from things like TV deals, studio sessions and merchandise and apparel sales.
To conceal her money, the site reports that Miller opened up new bank accounts, as well as telling others to conceal their funds from the courts. In addition to that, she also allegedly wasn't reporting her business income correctly, as she was either failing to report it completely, or was underreporting it.
E! News is also reporting on the charges, saying that Miller has amassed a fortune from her involvement with the series, as it has spanned five seasons since its debut on the network in 2011, and has also spawned three spinoffs.
