MStars News has learned that Khloe Kardashian is the person that will be making medical decisions for her estranged husband, Lamar Odom, after he was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel earlier this week.
According to CNN, the 35-year-old was reportedly using cocaine during his stay at Dennis Hof's Love Ranch in Pahrump, Nevada. Investigators got a blood sample from Odom, and submitted a drug test to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police laboratory. "At this point, the case is ongoing," Nye County Sheriff Sharon Wehrly said.
Odom allegedly took an herbal substitute for Viagra, and according to the owner of Love Ranch, Dennis Hof, the girls that were with Odom said that he took a lot of substances.
Earlier, MStars News learned that Odom apparently suffered an ischemic stroke while in ICU at Sunrise Hospital. Besides Khloe Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner, Odom's father, Joe Odom, and his two children, Destiny Odom and Lamar Odom Jr., along with their mother, Liza Morales, are also in attendance at the hospital with the former reality star and NBA champ.
"When they took him to the Pahrump hospital, the people there told us, 'He doesn't look good. He doesn't look like he'll make it, and if he does, he won't be the same,'" Hof stated.
The brothel owner of Love Ranch also owns a number of other brothels including the famous HBO's Cathouse.
Other visitors included Los Angeles Lakers shooting guard, Kobe Bryant, and the Reverend Jesse Jackson. During Reverend Jackson's trip to the hospital Jackson said that Odom's condition was better than yesterday, "Apparently from what the doctor said, he was much better off today than yesterday. He at least has some responsiveness now." Jackson added, "He's got tubes in him now but we felt inspired by his presence."
The women that found Odom unresponsive were Ryder Cherry and Monica Monroe.

There were rumors that the Kardashians were filming Odom's tragic situation, but that gossip was cleared after a spokesperson for E! Network insisted that wasn't true.
"Keeping Up With the Kardashians is not currently shooting in Las Vegas," the network spokesperson confirmed. E! also said in a comment, "Lamar Odom appeared on several seasons of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, as well as two seasons of his own series Khloe & Lamar. We are saddened to hear of his condition, and are sending out thoughts and prayers for his recovery."
After the tragic news hit every the media, Hof defended his business, and described the scene when his legal prostitutes found Odom unconscious. Check out the video below.
