TV personality and DWTS alumni, Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston are locked in a custody battle. It has come at an inconvenient time, as Bristol is 7 months pregnant with her ex-fiance's, Dakota Meyer's child. Initially she was suppose to move to Kentucky with Meyer but since they broke up, she remains in Alaska.
The parents of son, Tripp had an agreement ready for a judge to sign off on but, since Bristol called off the engagement, her living arrangements has changed. Filing an emergency motion would make co-parenting fair, for both parties. Radaronline reported that the documents reveal that they are, "discussing options for a same community custody and visitation schedule, but no final agreement has been reached at this time."

Talk about a hectic time for the very pregnant, single mom. This drama comes just hours after her last public rant. She told parents to blame their children and not the police, when it comes to obedience in school.
The Huffington Post reported she says, "I can't believe this, when are we going to look at what KIDS are doing wrong? Instead of instantly blaming police and higher authority? I know my son would leave a classroom if he was told to, so why didn't this student? Do parents teach their kids now to question authority? And, "When will parents take full responsibility for their kids, teach them not to act like punks, and listen to AUTHORITY - no matter what their race is."
The 25 year old Palin was referring to the Spring Valley High School student in South Carolina, the victim and recent orphan, who is currently in the custody of a foster parent, according to New York Daily News.
Let's say, for the sake of arguement, that Bristol is a compassionate mother of two shall we?
