Jessa Duggar Seewald Tries to Get Labor Started by Eating Pineapples

Jessa Seewald is ready to meet her unborn child. MStars News has learned that the former Duggar and TLC star is trying everything in her power to get her labor started, and that includes eating an entire pineapple! In the new Instagram photo seen below, Seewald updated her fans to let them know that she was still indeed pregnant and trying to go into labor and delivery on her due date, which is Nov. 1, the same day as her first wedding anniversary.

"Haha! So has anyone else tried the 'eating an entire fresh pineapple' thing for helping to bring on labor? Apparently it doesn't work for everyone, 'cause I ate the whole thing yesterday... and still no signs of labor," she wrote to her followers. Despite not feeling any signs of her baby coming just yet, Ben Seewald's wife did note that the pineapple she ate was good.

"(Sure was a tasty pineapple tho!) Guess #BabySeewald still wants to camp out in there a little longer! Patience, Mama, patience... #39weeks5days," she finished.

MStars News previously reported that Ben and Jessa Seewald are gearing up for their first child together. The 20 and 22-year-old parents-to-be seemed to be quite ready and excited for their child's arrival, but the countdown has momma Seewald a bit anxious, claiming that she felt "big as a barn."

While they wait, the parents have been making sure to get all of Jessa's food cravings out of the way, including a trip to a yogurt spot.

Despite not revealing the sex of their unborn child, Ben and Jessa did want some input on what they should name their first born. In the video clip below, the couple encouraged their fans to give them some ideas on what Baby Seewald should be called. They asked everyone to shared their name on their blog, www.TheSeewaldFamily.com.

Baby Seewald will be the sixth grandchild for Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar. He, or she, will be joining fellow Duggar grandchildren, Marcus Anthony Duggar, Meredith Grace Duggar, Mackynzie Renée Duggar, and Michael James Duggar, all four are the children of Jessa's oldest brother Josh and his wife Anna. Jessa's sister, Jill and her husband, Derick Dillard have one son, Israel David Dillard.

Both Jessa, and her sister Jill will be given the opportunity to share moments of motherhood with TLC in a new special, Jill & Jessa: Counting On.
