'Suicide Squad' PHOTOS: Jared Leto/Joker, Margot Robbie/Harley Quinn In Task Force X Images!

Warner Bros. has released new cast photos of of the super-villain team, Suicide Squad. In the upcoming Task Force X movie, check out Jared Leto (The Joker) and Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), plus the rest of the star-studded cast as they become their comic book alter egos.

As we previously mentioned, when the government has a mission too hot for the superheroes to handle, they send in the bad guys to take care of the business. In a plot reminiscent of The Dirty Dozen, if the Suicide Squad - which includes the captured band of super-villains Harley Quinn, Deadshot, and Captain Boomerang - survives their deadly mission, their prison sentence will then be reduced.

As we mentioned before, the lineup includes Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), Jared Leto (The Joker), Will Smith (Deadshot), Joel Kinnaman (Rick Flag), Jai Courtney (Captain Boomerang), Cara Delevingne (Enchantress) in writer/director David Ayer (End of Watch)'s upcoming comic book movie.

According to IGN, a fresh batch of cast photos were released showcasing the villainous crew. With the rain pouring in, Katana (Katana) looks like she is ready for action and swing that sword of hers. Captain Boomerang (Jai Courtney) has a confused facial expression as his eyes wander around. With his face painted like a skull's, El Diablo (Jay Hernandez) stares in awe at the small flame.

Smith hints that there might at a possible love interest for Deadshot in the upcoming film. There could be a love triangle between himself, Harley, and the Joker.

As Entertainment Tonight reports, the clown prince of crime can be seen on the eye-popping and chilling December cover of Empire Magazine. Including a set of variant covers, Empire has also unveiled their covers featuring Deadshot (Will Smith) and Harley Quinn (Robbie).
