'The Flash' Season 2 Spoilers: Will Candice Patton's Iris West-Allen "Keep" Wally West Secret?

The CW network continues with Season 2 of The Flash. In the upcoming sophomore season, after Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) deals with the super-villains of Earth-2, will Iris West (Candice Patton) reveal the "secret" behind Wally West?

In our previous recap, the Flash found himself teaming up with the new Firestorm as Jax (Franz Drameh) merged with Martin Stein (Victor Garber). Even though Iris discovered her mother, Francine (Vanessa Williams), was telling the truth, she is dying; they share a secret. Joe West (Jesse L. Martin) has a son and she has a brother they he never knew about. After suddenly being attacked by King Shark, the scarlet speedster was rescued by Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh).

In our recent recap, romance was in the air as Caitlin and Jay Garrick (Teddy Sears) almost shared their first kiss while Barry and Patty Spivot (Shantel VanSanten) were on their first date. Harrison Wells revealed to Cisco's "Vibe" powers, the Flash was able to defeat and capture the female Doctor Light, who happens to be Linda Park (Malese Jow)'s doppelgänger. But how much is Wells keeping secret from everyone as Zoom (Tony Todd) is holding his daughter hostage.

In an interview with K-Site TV, Patton teases Wally West's introduction, "They will be having interactions. What can I say? We definitely know Wally's going to make an appearance. I know that's a huge point of excitement for a lot of fans. I personally don't know very much. I can't really say when he'll appear, how he will appear, what the relationship between him and I will be like... so, all I can say is "yes, I'm sure we will share some sort of dialogue."

Patton adds, when viewers will see Iris grieve for Eddie Thawne (Rick Cosnett), "It's been six months; she's had time to absorb what's happened. She's not in deep grief anymore. It doesn't mean that she's not aware of the fact that she lost the man that she loves; we just won't see it playing a heavy role in Season 2."

The Flash continues Season 2 on the CW Tuesdays at 8pm.
