A freshly shaved-headed Matthew McConaughey appears in the new promos for his upcoming Saturday Night Live episode with musical guest Adele. The Dallas Buyers Club star will take to the stage this coming Nov. 21, for the first time in about 14 years. And in the new promos alongside Kate McKinnon, it appears he's ready to go!

As per usual with the SNL promos, a number of sketches appear within the below video—one of which holds McConaughey joking with McKinnon about her "drunk woman" character.

Naturally, it's all done for humor. (Kate McKinnon is not a drunk.)

"I've got to say," McKinnon claims, "I was so inspired by you in Dallas Buyers Club." To which McConaughey admits that he's "a big fan" of hers as well, specifically her character of "drunk woman."

"...the one who tries to hook up with all the guys before the bar closes?"

Oh boy...awkward.

After McConaughey's episode airs on Saturday, the show will take a week-long hiatus and come back strong in December.

On Tuesday, Saturday Night Live released the schedule for the rest of their 2015 episodes. The series will kick off Dec. 5 with Ryan Gosling and musical gust Leon Bridges, followed by Chris Hemsworth and Chance the Rapper on Dec. 12, and end out the Holiday Season with hosts Amy Poehler and Tina Fey and musical guest Bruce Springsteen.

Which is amazing.

No word yet as to who will kick off 2016.
