'Underworld' Star Kate Beckinsale Calls it Quits With Husband Len Wiseman

Underworld actress, Kate Beckinsale, and filmmaker Len Wiseman have called it quit after 11 years of marriage. The two have been spotted out without their rings and it has become very obvious that they are no longer an item!

Eonline reports that the couple met on the set of Underworld, when Beckinsale was married to Michael Sheen. Shamelessly, she asked Len to add her then-husband to the cast, which he did but the British beauty told Entertainment Weekly, "The popular notion of how Michael and I broke up - that we were on [the first Underworld] and I ran off with the director - is just not true."

Although the estranged couple has been separated for months, a source revealed, "They are still friendly and spend time together in L.A. when Kate is there," and says, "there was no drama." "Its just not Kate's style." Apparently, the couple grew apart, says People

On the flip side, Wiseman may have moved on since he has been seen on the town with model CJ Franco who is nearly two decades younger than his wife. Meanwhile, the 42-year-old hit the red carpet at the London Evening Standard Theatre Awards in London on Sunday and the British Fashion Awards this evening seemingly unfazed by the split!

MStars News pegged her "Still Sexy and Versatile at 42" and reported that her films, Absolutely Anything and The Disappointments Rooms hit theaters this year. Underworld: Next Generation is currently in pre-production and should begin sharing more details soon.

One thing is for sure, although the star is sans a hubby by her side, someone should advise her not to worry, since she is hot and in demand!
