Courteney Cox has split from fiance Johnny McDaid, after being engaged since June 2014. The Friends star and Snow Patrol guitarist reportedly ended their relationship and engagement just before the Thanksgiving holidays.
The Cougar Town actress and the 39-year-old guitarist were together just six months before he proposed. Cox later confirmed the engagement via Twitter.
TMZ has reported that Cox enjoyed nights out on the town with friends, while McDaid was more laid-back and private.
Cox was last photographed with the McDaid back in August.
The last photo the couple posted together was on Cox's Twitter back in September.

McDaid, 39, reported jetted back to his native Britain just before Thanksgiving, after the couple had attempted counseling.
The guitarist moved his belongings out of 51-year-old Cox's homes in Malibu and Los Angeles.
A source claims that Cox is "devastated" by their split.
The insider stated, "They were going to counseling because they were having issues and fighting a lot, about everything. He just decided he wanted to separate. He hasn’t really given a reason, but mainly said he wants to focus on his music and can’t take the fighting."
This would have been the first marriage for McDaid, but Cox was previously married to actor David Arquette for 11 years.
Cox and McDaid were first spotted together in December 2013 when they attended Jennifer Aniston's holiday party in Los Angeles.
McDaid's friend, singer Ed Sheeran, revealed the couple were living together in April 2014.
Sheeran said, "I'm not sure that it's public knowledge, so maybe I shouldn't have said anything—but, yes, they're already living together. Things are moving fast. He moved in and, judging by the last time I saw them, they couldn’t be happier."
