Gigi Hadid's Dad Mohamed Sues Ex Employee, Claims Thief Stole Family Photos

Nothing matters more to billionaire Mohamed Hadid than family. The real estate developer and father of Gigi, Bella and Anwar Hadid is suing an ex-employee for allegedly stealing thousands of family photos and medical documents from Hadid's home. What seems to bother the ex-husband of Yolanda Foster of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is the fact that the stolen photos of daughters Bella and Gigi were when they both were minors.

The lawsuit was filed in a court in Los Angeles on Tuesday and People reported, "Hadid alleges that a man who worked in the real estate developer's home from 2010-2013 stole more than 2,200 photographs, including family photos with Michael Jackson as well as photos taken during parties at the residence. The lawsuit says Hadid retained a professional photographer for such events, and is the sole copywriter [sic] holder for the photos."

Acording to The Inquisitr, TMZ named the suspect as Juan Carlos Gonzalez, a former security guard. "Hadid says the photos were pilfered from his home office and he suspected Gonzalez and demanded them back, but he refused to return them."

There are no statements on record from Gonzalez admitting that he has in fact stolen Hadid's property, but just in case the guard believes he does have a right to the property, Gigi and Bella's father has also asked the courts to prevent the photos from being sold and asks for "monetary compensation."

It is also unclear whether Gonzalez has been served papers to appear in court.

December hasn't been a good moth for the tycoon since just last week, criminal charges were filed against him for code violations on a Bel-Air property called Starship Enterprise, for the unsafe construction on a 30,000 square-foot home. The Los Angeles Times reports that the property was in violation due to an unapproved 70-seat IMAX theater, a swimming pool above the underground guest suites and other violations.

If this isn't resolved to the liking of the city code enforcer, Hadid may spend up to six-months in prison and face a $1,000 fine!
