Hugh Grant Welcomes Fourth Child: Girlfriend Anna Eberstein Gives Birth to Baby Girl

Hugh Grant has become a father for the fourth time after his Swedish girlfriend, Anna Eberstein, gave birth to a baby girl last Wednesday. This is Grant's second child with Eberstein. The 55-year-old actor has welcomed four children in the past few years.

Eberstein's mother confirmed the news of the birth with Swedish newspaper Örnsköldsviks Allehanda.

She stated, "I can confirm that I have another grandchild. It is wonderful that we now have grandchildren [more than one grandchild]."

The British actor also has two other children, a four-year-old daughter named Tabitha and a two-year-old son named Felix with Tinglan Hong.

Grant's son John was born only three months before Hong gave birth to Felix.

An insider stated, "They were pregnant with Hugh's children at the same time. It's an unusual arrangement," the source said.

Grant previously opened up to talk show host Ellen DeGeneres about becoming a dad.

The actor isn't expected to marry Eberstein, previously explaining his thoughts on marriage to People magazine.

Grant stated, "I'm not really a believer in marriage. I've seen very few good examples, maybe five, in my life, but I think otherwise it's a recipe for mutual misery."

The Four Weddings and a Funeral star does appear to enjoy being a father.

An insider told The Sun, "He’s been telling everyone for weeks that he’s having a baby girl and I think he’s very excited. Hugh loves being a father and is getting used to it now.

"I think he enjoys it but still gets to keep a lot of time for himself. The way he’s going on I wouldn’t be surprised if he had more kids."

Grant is most known for his movies Love Actually, Notting Hill, Four Weddings and a Funeral and Bridget Jones' Diary.
