5 Reasons Miles Morales' 'Spider-Man' #1 Is Must-Read Marvel Comics Book In February 2016!

Marvel Comics has big plans for Miles Morales, the amazing wall-crawler from the Ultimate Universe, after Secret Wars. This is the prefect opportunity to check out why writer Brian Michael Bendis and artist Sarah Pichelli's Spider-Man #1 should be read in February 2016.

As we previously mentioned, the first issue of Secret Wars brought about the destruction of Marvel and Ultimate Universe. Miles Morales and the rest of the heroes of the Ultimate Universe must work together to stop their final extinction. In the fifth installment of Ultimate End, the entire world went white again as Miles joined the rest of the Marvel superheroes against Doctor Doom. 8 months have now passed, something from the ashes of Secret Wars rises in the aftermath?

5) The Creative Team Reunited!

Making the switch from Peter Parker to Miles Morales, the Powers writer and the Guardians of the Galaxy artist first collaborated during Ultimate Spider-Man run. The creative team went all out with the emotions and  superhero action during the death of Ultimate Universe's Peter Parker. What will these two do this time around to Miles as he becomes part of the regular Marvel Universe, like Old Man Logan?

4) It's all over for the Ultimate Universe!

At the end of Ultimate End, Miles Morales wakes up and discovers himself in Earth-616. But something on his mind is truly bothering him. Memories of Secret Wars have been wiped out from his mind. What will happen if Miles starts to remember? What happened to the other members of the Ultimate Universe?Will the truth be too much to handle for him? 

3) Guess who's back! 

As we previously mentioned, Miles Morales became the secret weapon to lead an army against Doctor Doom. In his new reality, Miles is back with his best friend, Ganke, but where's Aunt May from the Ultimate Universe? When Miles wakes up, the first person he sees is his mother, who previously died at the hands of Venom. Will Miles' mother face death again?  

2) Peter Parker

With his memories rewritten, Miles thinks he has always been part of the Marvel Universe. But when did Peter pass the Spidey mantle to this teenage superhero? When did Peter leave Miles in charge of New York, as he became a globe-trotting hero? Who's going to face the super villain Regent first as he makes his way past Battleworld?

In the original Spider-Men, Peter Parker jumped through a portal and found himself in the Ultimate Universe, and met Miles Morales. Before Peter went back home, Miles asked him to look him up in his reality. Peter followed Miles' request and found something shocking on the computer screen. Will we ever find out what Peter saw?
