Jaden Smith Stars in Louis Vuitton's New Spring/Summer 2016 Collections Campaign

Jaden Smith continues to be a fashion icon who doesn't define his gender with the clothes that he wears. The free-spirited son of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith stars in a womenswear campaign for Louis Vuitton - wearing a skirt! Smith is fulfilling his fashion destiny and taking his daring approach to apparel to the fashion house.

The historic brand has unveiled the star of their women's ad campaign and revealed Smith in an Instagram post welcoming the actor to their SS16 ad campaign.

“Happy to introduce Jaden Smith @christiaingrey in the new SS16 @louisvuitton ad Campaign photographed by Bruce Weber,” Louis Vuitton's designer and Creative Director Nicolas Ghesquiere captioned his first photo.

The amazing photo shows the 17-year-old walking casually with his eyes closed wearing a black leather jacket, black and white top with a fringe hem, and a black mid-length skirt.

It may be shocking and unusual to see a man - a famous man - to be in a campaign and wear women's clothing, but Smith has been known to push the envelope and this is definitely not the first time he wore a skirt.

Back in April, the actor was spotted wearing a dress as he run around in Calabasas, California and he tweeted: "That Moment When Your Wearing A Dress With No Pants And You Swerve Way To Hard."

He also turned heads as he arrived at The Hunger Games star Amandla Stenberg's prom donning a tuxedo and a dress underneath. “Here’s to high school,” Stenberg wrote on an Instagram photo of herself and Smith in their attire.
