Willow Smith Rumored to Have Come Out With Instagram Post: Truth or Tabloid Madness?

Singer and actress Willow Smith has had some presumably unwanted media attention thanks to the tabloid site, Media Take Out, since posting on Instagram, "I love Beautiful Females." The blog has accused the teen of coming out as a gay instead of paying a friend a compliment. It seems that running stories about under-aged minors are not off limits for the tabloid.

Gossip Cop obtained an exclusive from the star's representative, who says, "the claim is 100 percent false." The rep goes on to discredit Media Take Out for making what they called, "a huge assumption that shows both insensitivity and ignorance." The sensationalized headline read, "You Knew It Was COMING!! Will And Jada's Daughter Willow...Announces On Instagram...That She's Gay!! At the end of the story, the site seemed to have tried to soften the blow with, "you know they'll be cool with whatever ROLES their babies choose," referring to Will and Jada Smith's children, Jaden and Willow.

In September, at 14 years old, Smith signed with The Society, a modeling agency that represents Kendell Jenner, Adriana Lima and several other well known models. So far, the talented teen has shot a campaign for designer Marc Jacobs and has been featured in both Teen Vogue and T Magazine. Style News for People reported that the star has been focused more on modeling than on releasing her up and coming album.

Earlier this month, the "Why Don't You Cry" singer performed at the 4th Annual Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival at the L.A. Coliseum alongside Snoop Dog and Tha Dog Pound, Tyler The Creator, A$AP Rocky, Mac Miller, Jhere Aiko, The Internet, Living Legends, Flosstradamus, Low End Theory Residents, Atmosphere, D-Styles and other acts.

On October 31, her father dedicated a Facebook post to his only daughter on her 15th birthday that said, "When you were born it took about 2 seconds to realize that I was willing to die for you. Thank you for correcting my heart - and teaching me how to love without constriction or condition."
