This is the latest in a series of mug shots for the Lindsay Lohan after she pleaded no contest in her Los Angeles reckless driving trial on Monday, accepting a plea deal to undergo 3 months in rehab. The 26-year-old actress turned herself in yesterday as a formality and had her latest mug shot taken.  A spokesperson for the Santa Monica Police Department said that the Mean Girls star was booked and then released. Lohan was originally sentenced to spend five days in jail, but that time will be served in a locked-down rehabilitation facility as part of her aforementioned plea deal, which also includes 30 days of community service and 18 months of psychotherapy.

Do you think that this will be Lindsay Lohan's final mug shot? She has a long line of them, so maybe this is just another addition to the collection. What do you think? Feel free to use the comment section to share your opinion.

Mstarz recently covered the verdict of Lindsay's trial, including the argument between her attorney Mark Heller and her father Michael Lohan. Here is an excerpt:

Maybe an even bigger story coming out of Lindsay's trial is the animosity shown by her father, Michael, towards Heller. During his statements to the press after the verdict, Heller was cut off many times by a shouting Michael Lohan.

"I want to know why are you're still up here?" Michael Lohan yelled at the lawyer. "Go home, you've done enough damage. Leave my daughter alone and stay out of the press. You're a parasite."

Lohan also said that Heller "just wants to use my daughter as way to get his name in the papers." Lindsay's father also accused Heller of tampering with a "star witness" during the case. "It is an open investigation and they just told me they are investigating him," he explained.

Unfortunately, Heller has no idea what Lohan is talking about and neither do the authorities that would be investigating him (the Los Angeles County district attorney and the Los Angeles city attorney's office). "That's a very sad and unfortunate statement," Heller stated. "Anybody is able in this great country to make any allegations that they want."
