Michael Lohan turned himself in to police early Monday morning and was booked for battery. Lindsay Lohan's 55-year-old father is accused of choking and slapping estranged wife Kate Major, as well as slapping their son. Major reportedly took a video as evidence to have Lohan arrested for battery. The 55-year-old is accused of choking Kate Major in October and slapping their son in the face.Major taped the incident, and that police used the footage to charge Michael Lohan with battery.
