Heavily featuring collaborators Miley Cyrus, Juicy J and Wiz Khalifa, the video shows the quartet taking over a high school locker room and gymnasium while wearing their flyest Michael Jordan gear. Though some initially thought "23" would be the second single from Miley Cyrus' new album 2013 "BANGERZ," it has come out the track is actually the debut single from her "We Can't Stop" producer Mike WiLL Made It.
