The Cleveland Browns have battled the Brian Hoyer and Johnny Manziel saga for too long, and it seems that they're about ready to make up their minds for good. Hoyer can teat the free agent market in 2015 unless he signs a new contract. But it's believed there are concerns, as he wants big money Mike Pettine and Co. aren't prepared to pay, meaning Manziel will finally get the starting QB job. Rumours emerged yesterday, Nov. 16, that their opponents the Houston Texans and their OC Bill O'Brien, could try and tempt Hoyer to sign with them.
