Estee Lauder reported flat revenue for the first quarter of 2015, which ended September 30, with net sales coming in at $2.63 billion relative to last year's $2.68 billion. Shoemaker Converse said Tuesday, Oct. 14, that it has filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against 31 retailers and manufacturers, including Walmart, Kmart, Skechers and H&M, accusing them of ripping off the design of its sneakers, according to a press release. Converse says it's fed up with rival shoe companies selling what the Nike-owned company calls clear knock-offs of its Chuck Taylor All-Star sneakers.
