Believe it or not, sometimes even liberals are wrong. Don’t worry – if you don’t want to admit it, comedian Bill Maher did it for you this past Friday night on HBO’s Real Time. After Dolce and Gabbana released some rather flattering comments about gay adoption, in which they called children adopted by gay parents as “synthetic children, the world of liberals went ballistic. Which, of course, makes sense to some degree, as the fashion designers’ comments were rather uncaring – despite being gay men. But Maher’s argument here is why fight so much with someone who agrees with you on 95% of other issues.
